聽The Year 12 Hospitality class recently showcased their culinary skills and community spirit by organising and presenting the annual Cancer Council Biggest Morning Tea. Working together as a cohesive team, the students prepared and served an enticing range of sweet and savoury dishes, including raspberry friands, quiches, and coconut slice.
The event was warmly received, with customers enjoying not only the delicious food but also the high standard of service. Throughout the event, students demonstrated key skills such as collaboration, communication, time management, and initiative. These essential skills were evident in both their food preparation and the seamless delivery of service on the day.
